Ok, this team, doubles, all this, I'm not interested.  I want to play singles matches.  I need a break from tennis for a few days, strengthen up, and come back stronger.  The Easton Tennis Club is too far from here.  I need to take it easy.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_iiiGeorge III (George William Frederick; 4 June 1738[1] – 29 January 1820 [N.S.]) was King of Great Britain and King of Ireland from 25 October 1760 until the union of these two countries on 1 January 1801, after which he was King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland until his death. He was concurrently Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg and prince-elector of Hanover in the Holy Roman Empire until his promotion to King of Hanover on 12 October 1814. He was the third British monarch of the House of Hanover.  He had 15 children with his wife Charlotte. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlotte_of_Mecklenburg-Strelitz.  Charlotte was a patroness of the arts, known to Johann Christian Bach and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, among others. Tenth of Tevet (Hebrew: עשרה בטבת‎, Asara BeTevet), the tenth day of the Hebrew month of Tevet, is a minor fast day in Judaism. It falls out either seven or eight days after the conclusion of Hanukkah, depending on whether Rosh Chodesh of Tevet that year is observed for one day or two. The Tenth of Tevet commemorates the onset of the siege that Nebuchadnezzar of Babylonia laid to ancient Jerusalem, an event that ultimately led to the destruction of Solomon's Temple (the First Temple) and Babylonia's conquest of southern Israel's Kingdom of Judah.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nebuchadnezzar_II  c 634 – 562 BC was a ruler of Babylon in the Chaldean Dynasty, who reigned c. 605 BC – 562 BC.

Adapa is often identified as advisor to the mythical first (antediluvian) king of Eridu, Alulim. In addition to his advisory duties, he served as a priest and exorcist, and upon his death took his place among the Seven Sages or Apkallū. (Apkal, "sage", comes from Sumerian Abgallu (Ab=water, Gal=Great, Lu=man) a reference to Adapa, the first sage's association with water.)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faizabad

The earliest reference made to Faizabad is in the Ramayana, in which the city is referred to as 'Saket', the mythical private estate of King Dashrath, father of Lord Ram. However, more accurately, the reference is found in Medieval and Modern history, when Nawab Sa'adat Khan, Burhan-ul-Mulk was given the charge of the Subah (province) of Awadh (sometimes also spelled as Avadh) around 1722 by the Mughal Court. Nawab Sa'adat Khan made the first settlements along the banks of Ghaghra with a cantonment comprising of a fortress and mud barracks. Due to these temporary dwellings, Faizabad was first known as 'Bangla' (implied meaning- hutment). The city was developed later on by Sa'adat Khan's successor, Nawab Shuja-ud-Daula into a full fledged capital city, with gardens, palaces, markets , roads and other infrastructure.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farthing_(British_coin)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farthing_(Irish_coin)  1/960 of the pound  2.83405 grams  Irish farthings, like all non-current Irish coins, may be redeemed for euros at the Central Bank in Dublin each weekday morning. Due to its slight value (about one six-hundredth of a euro), several must be redeemed to have any return at all.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irish_pound  The Irish pound was superseded by the euro on 1 January 1999,[1] when the Irish pound legally became a subdivision of the euro; actual euro currency did not begin circulation until the beginning of 2002.

The Irish pound (English) or punt Éireannach (Irish) was the currency of Ireland until 2002. Its ISO 4217 code was IEP, and the usual notation was the prefix £, or IR£ where confusion might have arisen with the pound sterling or other pounds. The Irish pound was superseded by the euro on 1 January 1999,[1] when the Irish pound legally became a subdivision of the euro; actual euro currency did not begin circulation until the beginning of 2002.
The earliest Irish coinage was introduced in 997 and was initially equivalent to that of England, with the pound divided into 20 shillings, each of 12 pence. After a period of debasement, equivalence to sterling was reestablished in the 1180s.[2] However, from 1460, issues were made with different metal contents to those of England and the values of the two currencies diverged. During the Civil War, 1689-1691, James II issued an emergency, base-metal coinage known as Gun money.
In 1701, the relationship between the Irish pound and sterling was fixed at 13 Irish pounds = 12 pounds sterling. This led to a situation where Irish copper coins circulated with British silver coins, since 13 pence Irish = 1 British shilling. The only 19th century exceptions were silver tokens denominated in pence Irish[3] issued by the Bank of Ireland between 1804 and 1813. The last Irish copper pennies and halfpennies were minted in 1823. The distinct Irish pound existed until January 1826 when it was replaced by British currency. Irish banks continued to issue paper money denominated in sterling after 1826 but no further distinct coins were issued.

Well, here we are, Christmas day again.  My christmas picked up again 3 years ago, Christmas 2006, and has dragged through these three years here.  Tonight, sang a few songs in the choir at the titicut church in north middleborough, ma, or the North Middleboro Congregational Church.  Then went to my uncle's for his annual christmas eve christmas party, then to the St. Jude Roman Catholic church in taunton for midnight mass.  Quite a busy night.  And I am back here in Lakeville.

Between 1815 and 1822 the designer John Nash redesigned the palace, and it is the work of Nash which can be seen today. The palace looks rather striking in the middle of Brighton, having a very Indian appearance on the outside. However, the fanciful interior design, primarily by Frederick Craceand Robert Jones, is heavily influenced by both Chinese and Indian fashion (with Mughal and Islamic architectural elements). It is a prime example of the exoticism that was an alternative to more classicising mainstream taste in the Regency style.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Pavilion

Now, I can say, for a third farthing, is 1/3 of 24c.

24/3 = 8c.  It could be a heavier count.  Could be 24 grain weight.  24 grain = 1.55 grams.  This is close.  I'd be willing to bet on this actually.  That a farthing = 24c copper.

so that 72 farthings = 1 roman pound weight copper.

80 farthings = 1 british pound weight copper

but, 240 pennies = 1 pound money sterling silver

Later in Jewish history, the Roman Empire came to be identified with Edom, and specifically the remnants of Amalek and still designate nowadayswestern countries. This can be seen in rabbinic and Pharasaic writings such as the Mishnah or the Talmud, the Spanish Rabbinic leaders Rambanand Ibn-Ezra, the French Rabbinic scholars Rashi (1040-1105) and Tosphoth, Babylonian Jewish scholars like Sa-adia Gaon and other Jewish exilarchs, the Lithuanian leader Rabbi Elijah of Vilna and Baal-Shem-Tov. 1614.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1614

Adriaen (Aerjan) Block (c. 1567, Amsterdam – buried April 27, 1627, Amsterdam) was a Dutch private trader and navigator who is best known for exploring the coastal and river valley areas between present-day New Jersey and Massachusetts during four voyages from 1611 to 1614, following the 1609 expedition by Henry Hudson. He is noted for establishing early trade with the Native Americans, and for the 1614 map of his last voyage on which many features of the mid-Atlantic region appear for the first time, and on which the term New Netherland is first applied to the region. He is credited with being the first European to enter Long Island Sound and the Connecticut River and to determine that Manhattan and Long Island are islands.

And so I sit here.  Things are just boring.  This is the map I think about a lot.  1614.  And as now, 2009.  395 years ago.  Came from Amsterdam.  CC  BCC

ok, well.   Still, Amsterdam.   1611 - 1614, following 1609 henry hudson voyage.

Oude Waal street, Amsterdam 1606 - 1627.  Baptised 5 children.  Though spending much of his time on sea, Block called Amsterdam his home his entire life. There, on October 26, 1603, he married Neeltje Hendricks van Gelder, with whom he would baptize five children between 1607 and 1615 (see [1]). In 1606 they moved into a house called "De Twee Bontecraijen" (The Two Hooded Crows) on Amsterdam's Oude Waal street, where they would live the rest of their lives.[1]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oude_Kerk  Aerjan and Neeltje buried here.

On October 11, 1614, Block, Christiaensen, and a group of twelve other merchants presented to the States General a petition to receive exclusive trading privileges for the area. Their company, the newly-formed New Netherland Company, was granted exclusive rights for three years to trade between the 40th parallel and the 45th parallel [4].

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Netherland_Company

New Netherland Company (Dutch: Nieuw-Nederland Compagnie) was a chartered company of Dutch merchants.
Following Henry Hudson's exploration of the east coast of North America on behalf of the Dutch East India Company in 1609, several Dutch merchants sent ships to trade with the Native Americans (mainly fur) and to search for the Northwest Passage. In order to maximize their profits these merchants decided to form the New Netherland Company and on October 11, 1614 they successfully petitioned the Estates-General for a charter of trading privileges. The charter granted a monopoly of trade between the 40th and 45th parallel for a period of three years, starting on January 1, 1615. In 1618 the Company's charter wasn't renewed because negotiations for the formation of the Dutch West India Company were well advanced. After 1618 New Netherland was open to all traders, but the majority of trade was still conducted by the founders of the New Netherland Company until the establishment of the Dutch West India Company in 1621.

Thursday, December 24, 2009

Well, here it is Christmas Eve.  It's 6:31am and I just did my September 2009 receipts.  I have Oct, Nov, and Dec to do.  I'm tired, I'm bored.  I want to go to my own office, but I don't have one go to go, I am in my house office.  I am too far away from things here.  Immissio is at the barn, and I am too far away from the barn.  I'm between 14.4 to 15.1 miles from the barn, which is about 29 minutes according to http://maps.google.com This is too far away.

Right now,  I have the tennis club as my central swing point.  I lose money at the tennis club though.  I am building my tennis game at the tennis club, but my overall game, I am not building here.

My other swing point I am using is the gym, in Bridgewater.  Same thing, I lose money at the gym and I am not making fast enough progress with what I want at the gym.  And again, my central swing point is at the barn.  Hmm, I have to change things.

So, I veered off in another direction.  Things are boring for me here, and I am blocked with a lot of my thinking and things that I like to do.  So what am I going to do about it?  I am thinking about Easton right now.  I was hired out of college to work at the Easton Tennis Club.  I never showed up for work.  And I am thinking about the North Easton Village there, but well, what is there for me.  It's December 2009 now, and well, as I said, I'm bored.  I I I.  I am obviously thinking about Immissio, and I need to, well this is the 8 area.  This is food.  I am thinking about food, and where is the food.  I am getting bored eating here, and I am not liking it here now.  So, where is the food.

At new years, I have no other plan other than sitting in my house here, being on the computer, writing this journal, not much else.

I think about the Roman Calendar, I figured this out.  So I think about Agrippa, and I think about Turkey and Israel, particularly Israel, and Greece, but again, Israel.  I think about Pompey.  Then I think about New York City.

When I am in NYC, to get back here, I have 2 options basically, well, 3 or more, but I use 2 options.  The bus and the train back to boston.  And then I take the train back to Bridgewater, which drops me off at Bridgewater State College, in between East and West Campus.  And this is Bridgewater.  What am I doing living at my parents house, in Fall River, Swansea, Taunton, Lakeville.  This is not my plan.  My plan was, has been, and still is Bridgewater.  I have my things backwards.   I have to change this, but for some reason, I can't seem to get things right.  So frustrating.

And now, I'm in Raynham, at my house.  And this is how it is.  11:34am EST.  So I am at the Eastern Standard time, is +5 from UTC and +6 from one east of UTC, which is Holland, Dutch, German, Italian time.

Estonia is 2 east from utc, or 1 east from dutch, german, italian time.  Pretty soon is 2010 time.

He was originally the deification of the moon in the Ogdoad belief system. Initially, in that system, the moon had been seen to be the eye of Horus, the sky god, which had been semi-blinded (thus darker) in a fight against Set, the other eye being the sun. However, over time it began to be considered separately, becoming a lunar deity in its own right, and was said to have been another son of Ra. As the crescent moon strongly resembles the curved beak of the ibis, this separate deity was named Djehuty (i.e. Thoth), meaning ibis.

According to Theodor Hopfner,[11] Thoth's Egyptian name written as ḏḥwty originated from ḏḥw, claimed to be the oldest known name for the ibisalthough normally written as hbj. The addition of -ty denotes that he possessed the attributes of the ibis.[12] Hence his name means "He who is like the ibis".

Naharin, MdC transliteration nhrn, was the Ancient Egyptian term for the kingdom of Mitanni[1] during the New Kingdom period of the 18th Dynasty. The New Kingdom 18th dynasty was in conflict with the kingdom of Mitanni for control of the Levant from the reigns of

Thutmose I, [2]

Thutmose III [3] and

Amenhotep II.[4]

Amenhotep II's son, Thutmose IV

would eventually make peace with the Mitannians.[5] Henceforth, relations between Egypt and Naharin (Mitanni) were peaceful with much diplomatic gift giving according to the correspondence of the Amarna Letters. The military annals of pharaoh Thutmose III refer to Naharin in explicit terms. In his 33rd Year, Thutmose III records:
His Majesty travelled north capturing the towns and laying waste the settlements of that foe Naharin.[6]

Sunday, December 20, 2009.  3 Ianuarius 2762 Compitalia Pax

The storm has come and gone.  It did not make a direct hit, went off to the south and east, south and southeast of Nantucket Island.  We did get 16-18"+ of snow here in Raynham, Massachusetts.  I call this Pallatium.  Fall River got 25 1/4", or about 26 inches.

Now, I'll talk about the calendar.  I did figure it out.  16 March is Kalends Martius.  we are now at 3 Ianuarius 2762 auc or ab urbe condita, from the founding of the city of rome.  As per next month, is Februarius at kalends, and then Mercedonius mensis intercalcularis, and then is the Kalends Martius, or menses Martius, or the month of mars, agriculture month start.

Now, per the julian calendar.  Julius Caesar, not sure why he made 1 january where it is, but is a 365 day solar calendar.  I can read more about why is 1 january.  Julius or more properly, Gaius, or Caius, crossed the rubicon, in august, but the calendar read january.  this thus being confusing, so from what i read, he sought out  to understand and make himself a calendar.  He sought sosigenes in Alexandria, egypt, who helped mold this current calendar, 46 bc into effect to pope gregory xiii, who had a son ... therefore popes can and do have sons and kids in general.  Gregory updated the calendar adding 10 days as the calendar needed to be intercalalated as 1/4 day per year, or such and so on, a few days needed to be added to coincide with the sun.

And as per the egyptian calendar, a good read is this site.  http://aegyptologie.online-resourcen.de/Calendar_of_Ancient_Egypt

Kislev (Hebrew: כִּסְלֵו, Standard Kislev Tiberian Kislēw ; from Akkadian kislimu) is the third month of the civil year and the ninth month of the ecclesiastical year on the Hebrew calendar. It is an autumn month of 30 days, except in "deficient" years, when it has 29 days (see Hebrew calendar: Modern calendar). Kislev usually occurs in November–December on the Gregorian calendar and is sometimes known as the month of dreams.

www.mour.us well, maybe.

1998c silver = 12.1661348 troy ounces * 17.46 = 212.420714
162c copper = 0.0676418304 pounds * 3.0896 = 0.208986199
212.420714+0.208986199 = 212.6297/1131.5 troy ounce gold = 0.187918427 troy ounces gold
0.187918427 troy ounces = 5.84491643 grams fine gold
30.8611588 carob fine gold
30.8611588 / 32 = 0.964411212
30.72 / 30.8611588 = 0.995426005
1728/32 = 54 or 32 = 1/54 of 1728 of 96.44% gold where 30.72/30.8611588 = 99.54% or about 1/2 of 1%
32 carob of 96% gold = 1 talent.
1 / 0.187918427 = 5.32145791
5.32 talents per troy ounce.

(30.8611588 * 24) / 14 = 52.9048437
52.9048437 / 54 = 0.979719328
54 / 52.9048437 = 1.02070049
1728 / 54 = 32
1728 / 52.9048437 = 32.6624157
(52.9048437 / 2 640) * 500 = 10.0198568 grams of 14 karat gold
(52.9048437 / 2640) * (500 grams) = 0.322145875 troy ounces
about 1/3 troy ounce.
(1/3) troy ounce = 10.3678256 grams
a little less than a troy ounce.

I'm trying to regain my composure here.  I got towerjewelry for website http://myworld.ebay.com/towerjewelry on ebay.com and got www.towerjewelry.com on godaddy.com.  So this is the Tower Jewelry ID that was started in about 1982 and went until about 1992 as much as I remember, I was in New London then at the USCGA base, for some reason, big idea to go there.

And here is this website, http://voiceforpeace.ning.com/ Muhammad Bajaur Peshawar Pakistan.

I think about a few things today.  Notably, moving things along.  Things getting kind of crammed lately.  I need a little more quiet again, maybe should go hang out at Rochester somewhat more, is quieter there.  Here, something seems to be blocking me already.

With the Titicut Church, I figured out how to connect wtih the early 1600's and bring up to present here.  This is the closest indian tribe I know about, but well, probably is closer.  But as for documented history, this is closest I know about so far.  I am getting to the point here, where this is getting too close to crossing into some more of my thoughts.  So I will stick again to the 1998, I don't know what else to do beyond here, but well the houses in this area are expensive, and it is cost that is keeping me out.  Thus of money.  And also of listening I would have to say.

Here being in lakeville where I am right now, is too far away from what I need to get done.  but to get my peace of mind which i have had in the past years, it is tough for me to get.  I am not at a peace enough here.  This I need to change and/or move somewhere where I feel more comfortable.

(153 600 / 2640) * 500 * (.96 grams) = 61.5690972 pounds at 3.1667 = 194.97086

(153 600 / 2640) * 500 * (.04 grams) = 2.56537905 pounds at 6.8266 = 17.5128166

(153 600 / 2640) * 500 * (.9 grams) = 57.7210286 pounds * 3.1667 = 182.785181

(153 600 / 2640) * 500 * (.1 grams) = 6.41344763 pounds * 6.8266 = 43.7820416

182.785181*43.7820416 = 226.567223$ usd

212.483677 / 225.531017 = 0.942148356.  Coin grade gives then 94.2%, or about the 5% outside of realme tax.

I need to do something different.  What I've been doing isn't working to get the results I want.  I have to switch up, change my strategy now, try something new.  I need faster and more specific, results that I want asap!!! :).

I'm thinking about Park Street in Hartford.  Specifically where Park Street meets up with Main Street.  I think about the tropical bird cage there, a big glass one.   Or at least a place for tropical trees, and if the birds want to fly in, they can stay in.  maybe not have a cage, but a place where birds can go to be warm if they want to, and leave when they want to also.  :).  that sounds better. :).
